Pinnacle Dental Arriva Inc

I recently visited Dr. Foster and his team for the first time as a patient. The office is calm and inviting and the patient rooms are nicely appointed and full of sunshine (not the typical cubicle feel). I was in for a cleaning and checkup and the service was gentle and thorough and I had a few treatment 'aha!' moments from my conversation with the hygienist. I had just a few moments with the lovely Dr. Foster himself, but from other close friends I know he has a knack for dealing with patients

I really enjoyed my experience. The front office staff were very organized and welcoming. I found the dental hygienist to be very thorough and professional. I was impressed by Dr. Foster's honesty and the information he provided to ensure I have healthy teeth. I would recommend this dental office to others.

Not Impressed

I found the dentist here to be very rude, and disrespectful. It seems to be the office policy to tell the patient as little as possible about what is going on during the dental procedures. The dentist didn't seem to be very careful in what he was doing, and was very haphazard with his tools. The glasses they gave me to wear seemed pretty spotty and smudged up, I'm not sure if they had been cleaned. The hygeniests work here was okay, but the dentists arrogant attitude and poor workmanship has definitely made me never want to return here again!
