I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

Horrible to deal with

I bought an ASUS laptop from BCOM that did not meet my needs as a business owner. From talking to their sales staff they indicated it would be great for use as a tablet. It was a pile of garbage from the start and as I tried to return it for full refund or even an exchange I was told to talk to ASUS. For 3 months I was bumped from ASUS back to BCOM with nobody taking responsibility for selling me a product that was useless. In the end ASUS offered me a backpack (wheeeeee!!) and BCOM told me there was nothing they could do for me. I was very disappointed with the lack of service and will never use their company again. I would advise everyone to steer clear of BCOM because they don't back anything they sell and their customer service department is terrible.
