Incompetent - useless, inept, unskilled, hopeless

Ordered a 5th wheel hitch to be fitted. Left the truck but got called 2 hours later because they had forgotten to order the rails. Took the truck in the following Saturday, a week later, for the 3 hour job to fit the hitch. After 5 hours I called to ask if it was ready and it was not. After 7 hours and no call, I went to collect the truck expecting it to be done and found they had gone home for the weekend, locking my truck in their store with no way of retrieving it until Monday. No apology from the assistant. No apology or help from the manager. Incompetent is a perfect definition of the quality of service you should expect from this store. There are plenty of truck accessory stores in Edmonton, avoid this one like the plague.
