Terrible Service!

We had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this dealership!!!! After all was said and done we ended up getting financing through a different dealership, I emailed the sales rep AVI and he didn't care at all!

AWFUL!! If i could give zero stars I would. Made a deal through Mike and Angela and was blatantly lied to in order to get my signature on the deal. Once my signature was obtained I was then informed the deal was absolutely in no way shape or form what had been discussed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They have no problem lying and stealing from customers to earn their commisions..... The owner, Reta, is no better... I have been dealing with him and Sean the general manager to try and resolve

I absolutely love my new truck and was so happy with the service at Crossline...they were fast and welcoming and worked hard to get me the deal I needed...Mike and Michelle were both amazing and this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle!! Totally would recommend this place!!

I got a 2010 sebring in 2012. I have had nothing but problems. I would bring the car in to them and they would say there was no issues. The car died on me. I took it to midas and they found many problems including recalls that were not even fixed by touch down before they sold it to me. The staff at touch down were very pushy and when i call them about the issues they told me they sold the car to me and for me to deal with it. They never even asked to take a look at it, and talked down to me like I was a piece of dirt. Thanks touchdown Auto for the learning experance
