    I picked up floor model light.Some parts missing they said we will order them for you even after 3 weeks no answer and no one picked phone .Very bad customer service

    Good service. Jessica looked after our needs very well and helped us choose the lights for our new home. Very pleasant experience. I got quite a few visitors to my house impressed by the lights. I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.
