My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning.
I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I will be definitely calling them in the future, not just after completing renos!

Great place to visit. Good selection and people who know something. Stephan is particularly good with sorting out options and leading you through the selection and design. He is patient, knowledgeable and very personable. No one seemed pushy.

I would like to start by saying this guy is legit. I had motor on my furnace go. He stayed in contact with me assuring he would be here and he definitely did. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do or asked. He stayed late into his evening to make sure my family got heat that night, and when I asked if he could take a look at my toilet too( wasn't called out for this) he didn't hesitate to say yes. The guy is great and recommend him 100%
