Had this company to repair our fridge and dishwasher. They came out at time specified, provided a great quote and did repairs quickly. I would absolutely recommend these guys!!
I have never written a review g in my entire life except now. I am compelled to do this because the inconvenience and time wasted this company caused me is unacceptable. Got booked through whirlpool around february and to this day my microwave is still messed up. i had to do follow-ups with GS directly until last Wednesday( the FOURTH VISIT) when no one showed up. All my calls were directed to voice mail. So i called whirlpool customer service to make them aware of this. Whirlpool said that accdg to GS the repair was completed. The nerve!! I wouldn't even be talking to whirlpool today if they got my microwave repaired! I agree with one of the reviews here. I can't even give them a rating because they don't even deserve one star!
I can't even give them a rating - this company is very,very,very,very irresponsible - they were booked through whirlpool - i took a day off work to wait for service - no show - they don't answer their phone - booked another time through whirlpool - took day off work - no show - they don't answer their phone - whirlpool says the GS repair tech called and said their car broke down and they informed client - THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THE CLIENT. GS does not treat clients with any level of dignity.
They're great at getting someone to look at your appliance and quick to repair but overall, extremely disappointed. They charge outrages amounts for parts almost $1000 that didn't fix anything and then promise a refund for the parts and don't deliver. Overall wouldn't recommend for anything. 5 months later of phone calls, no refund received, don't answer or return calls. Questionable business moral and service.
