    Fantastic service every time we visit, especially love all the different choices of products. Very knowledgable staff, great environment, our favorite health store!

    Exceptional Service

    My experiences with Health Matters Store over the past fours years have changed my life for the better initially I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly with the benefit of having a wide variety of quality health products that I found to be well priced. When I had a health issue come up I turned to the Health Matters staff for direction and it is true, you don't care how much a person knows until you know how much a person cares. The level of care and attention I received was exceptional along with recommendations for medical and holistic professionals I was able to recover fully and resume my active lifestyle. I've attended several classes they've held on a variety of topics including super foods, helpful herbs, green smoothies, reflexology, acupuncture and more. It all started with my first purchase of sugar & aspartame free tasty gum and then fluoride free toothpaste, aluminum free deodorant, protein bars, gluten-free cereal, balanced multi, omega oils, probiotics, vitamin D, whole food organic alternatives, supper foods, recipes, well I could go on and on. I enjoy being healthy and I've found my visits to Health Matters Store to be totally in line with my health objectives. Thanks to the staff at Health Matters.

    WORST

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a few Groupons for this place and went to see what they had. EVERYTHING was WAY overpriced, and unfortunately, the Groupon stipulated that we couldn't use it toward any sale item. Well, most items were on sale a few dollars, making it hard to find something worthwhile to buy. We were bullied into purchasing an allergy medicine, being told "it's a 100% money back guaruntee, so whats stopping you?" Ahh..perhaps the fact that it cost almost 50.00. High pressure sales much? Also, when questioned further about it's ingredients and medicinal benefits, she was completely unqualified to answer, telling us "we have to contact the company to find out" (passing the buck) and given bad information, "you know, the 'good' things in plants" (?!) My boyfriend is very health conscious and knows more than the average consumer regarding natural remedies, supplements and health foods. She couldn't handle his questions and didn't take well to his opinions. She practically turned beet red when he refused to consider trying a homeopathic remedy for his allergies. I chose to leave the store while my boyfriend paid for his purchase, I had had enough of her attitude and condescending remarks. I've never been treated so rudely by a 'customer service' person in all of my life. To top the experience off, she had the audacity to make a remark about "how it was great that we were able to buffer" the price of our purchase with a Groupon," as if we were cheap people. She was totally passive aggressive and unprofessional. I am utterly disappointed I even purchased these Groupns in the first place, and needless to say, I will no be coming back again.

    I am sorry that you feel that you received poor service on your visit to my store with a groupon coupon. We try our best and sometimes we are not perfect.
