They have gone paperless and unless you log into their site you dont know what the freight charges are or even if there is freight charges. We as a company need to rebill our customers and their take it or leave it attitude with regards to getting an invoice is something we as a business can not use. There are a lot of other freight companies that will get you an invoice when you sign for your package you dont have to deal with this.
