Not sure who is paying the customers for five star reviews for this company because their customer service is about a 1 on a scale from 1-10. I bought a Groupon for classes and cannot seem to use them because;
a) their door is often locked when I'm trying to get in to a class on Saturday mornings
b) if I'm 1min late, I can't get in
c) they tell me there is a class on a long weekend and there isn't (find this out after I show up)
d) when I call to find out details, the owner is rude and tells me he doesn't want my business anyway and to turn my Groupon.
e) wasted 3 trips coming here trying to get to a class.
As a busy mom of two, I definitely have better things to do than hurrying to be ready for a class at 9am on a Saturday to find out there isn't one or being locked out.
Perhaps I'm being generous with the one star.
Finally found a gym to call my own. Have had many memberships and this one is by leaps and bounds the best. Top of the line equipment and helpful staff is what you'll find. Have suggested to all my friends and client.
