Triple pane glaze...
Triple pane glazed windows (with slider), during a cold spell had significant drafts from the sides of the slider and from the bottom. Was told this happens when the 'wind blows from a certain direction' as it comes in through the drain holes in the bottom of the window. Really???? That's a serious design flaw!!! Poor service, second visit - service person was looking for reasons they could blame product issues on me. RUN the other way as fast as you can!!!
