Starting with the woman that answered my call I got a professional that understood and answered all my questions. Josh Fairbank was the technician that came to clean my ducts and he was very professional, personable, and proficient. He was respectful and careful with his equipment in my house. With multiple problems with different furnace cleaning companies in the past Pro Solutions and Josh F was a breath of fresh air. Price was a little steep but sometimes you get what you pay for.

For the first time we called Pro Solutions after we checked its reviews and we confirmed them today. Robert came and he replaced the gas water heater tank. He did the job and then he spent more time in our question period, explaining everything without rush. To sum up the quality of his workmanship was astounding!!!! Ah! And now we get hot water!

Had Simon P. and Justin C. come today and replace my leaking hot water tank. Simon and Justin were the most courteous and helpful service technicians I have every met. They were thorough and efficient in the job they were doing. Simon also pointed out several other areas of plumbing that I may in the future consider doing. The quality of workmanship was astounding. When I purchased ...

When I purchased my 10 year old home, my home inspector recommended I replace the sump pump. I called Pro Solutions and they were able to have a technician come out within two days. Tyson was very friendly, professional and efficient. He provided me with a few different sump pump options and made a recommendation based on the needs of my house. He was happy to explain what he was doing while replacing the sump pump and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Tyson.

We've used Pro Solutions for new furnace, new hot water heater, and general plumbing. Every time they have been on time, efficient, and competent. Highly recommended.

Fast, efficient service

I had an issue with a faulty hot water tank that had burst a pipe earlier, and after the was fixed, continued to leak. It had also not done a very good job keeping water hot for very long. With another like starting in the pipe, I called Pro Service, and after dealing with the service rep over the phone, who was very friendly, helpful, and efficient, Prince showed up at the arranged time and got to work. While it was a big task, it didn't take nearly as much time as I expected, and the final bill was lower than I had feared. He, as well as everyone else with the company I have dealt with, have all been very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again with future plumbing needs.

Pro Solutions is fabulous@

We had air conditioning installed, and two days later, had issues with our sink tap. Pro Solutions did such a fabulous job in getting us hooked up with air conditioning, we figured we'd try them for our pluming issue. Prince made a service call the next day and got our tap replaced and everything working really well within an hour. It took us longer to make the decision to call them! They have a service plan that provides confidence you'll get fast, quality, fairly priced service, from a trusted business. We will absolutely be using them in the future, and would endorse them as a solution for your home.
