Safeway Palisades Square

Had an arrangements of roses delivered to me yesterday. from the 137th ave Safeway floral Dept. The arrangement was delivered with all the water tipped out into the box and the roses were already turning brown along the edges of the their petals. The person whom purchased this for me would be VERY disappointed that she spent her money on such poorly chosen roses and lack of care the florist took in making this arrangement. So not impressed!
