Picked up my second new trailer, 5x12 motorcycle trailer from TU. Bought my first 6x16 in 2002 and was more than pleased with it. Just sold it to a buddy who had been admiring it for years. These trailers based on my experience are in a league of their own. Durability, towability and quality are first class. The staff at TU are very customer focused and knowledgeable, great team!

Purchased tires for trailer use. The tires did not have proper documentation and had to be returned. Information from the support staff is that we have been doing it this way for 29 years. If you want 30 year old technology, go for it. If you want proper running gear, go somewhere else.

I was recommended...

I was recommended to them. I rented a dump trailer they hooked it up for me I'm happy with that. had the trailer loaded with 10,000 lbs of steel & cast. While driving went through two intersections due to no traiker brake operation. Took it back to them loaded they checked it out & said that the trailers wiring was shorted & will give another trailer, they wanted us to hand bomb 10,000 pounds of steel into another trailer???? I looked at the guy and said no way!!! Are you going to pay me to hand boom 10,000 lbs of steel he said no. That's what I thought. The lady upfront said that she would help me out on the rental cost. So I took the trailer with no brakes VERY scary it just snowed. Once I returned the broken trailer, I asked the guy the lady upfront told me she would help me with the rental cost. He had the decency to tell me that ((you use the trailer didn't you)). Really that's the response I deserve, after my trucks brakes were used to the max & his broken traiker wasted 1 1/2 of my time. So unprofessional. I will never use & recommend others not to use this company for trailer service needs.

I called to book ...

I called to book a 6' x 18' trailer, when I showed up, I was told all they had left was 20' trailers. I had rented on Friday/Saturday, I said it would be impossible be there by 3 pm Saturday to return it, the "lady" at the counter said as long as I had it first thing Monday that I would not be charged for an additional day (as they are not available for returns on Sunday). So when I get there to return the trailer by 8 am Monday, I get charged an additional $100 for the extra day! RENT ELSEWHERE

Unlimited trailers negligent??

So i rented the trailer for the weekend, put my bed and couch in there. I stepped on one spot, and found a spot was still tacky from the paint. Looked at my couch and mattress... Smeared on there from sliding it in from freshly painted floor. The floor wasn't wet, but tacky in spots to why I didn't notice it at first. Asked for a refund, he refused to give it
