Western R V Country

Horrible finance person and manager. The salesperson was great but once we got to the finance guy Larry he tried to sell us on the options and we refused the options... they are OPTIONS... you dont have to buy them..... so what did they do.... THEY REFUSED to sell us the trailer we were going to pay for in cash. Our kids where so excited this being our first trailer and to have to come home and tell them ... they were so sad. We were all sad. What a greedy shady place.

Hi,this is not meant to bad review towards the RV the I purchased, but my experience was not the best.Sales wasnt to bad,dealing with 3 different Finance guy,at 3 different times,trying to upsell me.Telling me 2 weeks for pickup,and after 3rd week me calling,getting the impression that they forgot about me.To now finding out that they misrepresented a protection package,which now have a letter confirming this.I would not have gotten this package.Would i recommend going there?NO!!Buyers,BE WARE!

Do not go here If you want to spend a bunch of money and be ignored when something goes wrong on the trailer that is clearly there fault. They will not answer or return my calls when i call the secretary. Purchased new camper, wash rushed out the door with a poor walk through. 30 minutes on the road and the window was whipping open causing damage to frame because it wasnt latched properly. damage to the window frame. they are ignoring my phone calls now

Terrible just terrible Please avoid his place if you need service because I don't think they know what customer service is !

I would never recommend this rv place. When they say they cleaned a unit take it with a grain of salt absolutely filthy Charges to clean the unit do not match the end result. Big prices for warranty then when take it in 0h that is not covered. This place no where met my expectations. Would never purchase anything from them Would never recommend them
