Highly unproffessional, unresponsive and rude. Showed up to our viewing in very casual attire, would not return our calls, gave us very vague information and the rental form given to us was clearly a generic template from the internet with no adress or any other identifying information other than "TVK MANAGEMENT." Tom would not give us a clear answer on who exactly we were paying other than "Some guy in Toronto." Had no time for us and was unavailible during the process.

This company does amazing work. They are very good at listening to concerns and finding fair solutions for every situation. Communication is very open. Service is very professional. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very up to date on Landlord Tenant laws and knows the answers to all my questions. Also do good work at renovations. Very good work. I am very pleased.

I have lived in a place that these guys take care of. They make sure everything is fixed right away. Nothing is ever neglected. I even got a Christmas Card from them. They really show they care and are always there when I need anything done to my home or have any questions. They treat us really fair. We got a complaint from the condo board, instead of accusing us, they resolved it so everyone was happy. I have no complaints. Thanks guys!

These guys are great! The service is very personable and tailored to my needs. I have 9 rental properties with them & all of my tenants are happy and so am I. Everything is done with professionalism and is very efficient. I highly recommend you give these guys a try!
