Registry On Wye

Consistently terrible service. Moved to Sherwood Park from out of province several months ago. I have two older kids who have had to get their out of province licenses changed to Alberta licenses and have had to deal with this office. Have had official ID & info turned away & have been charged for ‘services’ that were not delivered. Manager of this office is thoroughly unprofessional, Actively goes out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible and hides behind ‘policy’ to justify her position.

service that I recently received from Hazel was unacceptable - She was more concerned about getting rid of you than trying to help you. It was the most awful service I have ever received and she didn't even care when it was brought to her attention.She refused to even give me her name when I requested same. This is because their is no consequences on bad service from the co.

Rude Rude Rude! WOW! This person may as well just told me she didn’t want to even speak to me!! She didn’t even say goodbye! She just hung up! I think she’s in the wrong profession if she wants to keep dealing with the PUBLIC! Or perhaps go take a course on customer service!!
