Got a simple tattoo done to test them out, was very impressed by the staff and place. The appointment was on time and better then my previous tattoos. Prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

Customer service is extremely bad. I emailed and left voice and FB messages with them to do a consultation over the phone for tattoos to be done. They originally responded to me, and saying that they would be happy to do a consultation over the phone. Well, it never happened. They never responded back with a message on FB or a returned call. If they were not interested, it would be professional to get a call back letting me know. Extremely horrible and rude customer service ever!!!
Very Poor customer service. Owner is extremely rude. The whole place is very disorganized and unprofessional. It you want a place that does good work and values their customers this is not the place to go!!!!
there really arent enought stars to put on here .. ive gotten tattoos not only in canada but all over the world ... and Autumn is not only an excellent artist .. but her professionalism is out of this world!! if i could i would put it at ... close to 8 or 9 on a scale of 5 ... I will be back for all my tattooing needs from now on .. finally i have found a tattoo artist that i am staying with for ever !!! Great job... no .. supper .. no .. UNBELIEVABLE job ...
I had so many issues with this studio I didn't even go there for touch ups following!!! I had already paid a deposit and had to repay once I had my tattoo done and bring back proof that I had paid as they had no record of it. I thought being so busy and so large you should have a record of who has paid what. As well the artist who did my tattoo had promised me on several occassions he would have the sketch done and had not. I saw it for the first time when I booked my actual appointment to get it done. This was about 4 months later. He also did not remember who I was and I was not told prior to my appointment....I could have walked in and not had it done AGAIN!!! I feel the quality of my tattoo is not as good as it could have been at numerous locations in edmonton. I will not, have not, been back and I have suggested to numerous family members and friends not to go here!!! I love Holland and have had many piercings done by her, unfortunately I will not be back....I will have to find someone else as I was SO displeased with Embedded I would rather support someone else entirely....sorry holland
I've been to several parlors in both Edmonton & Calgary to have work done and thought I'd been to the best but Embedded is now the top of my list! I'm a nurse and know what clean ought to be and this place was insanely clean even for a parlor. All the staff I spoke to ahead of time were wonderful. Holland did my piercings and she was excellent. Patient, calm, knew her stuff, answered all my questions and again -very, very clean. Their prices were more than reasonable and I am so thrilled with my new hardware! I will definitely be recommending them and will definitely be returning! Thank you Embedded!
