Puberty is not a fun experience – or at least that's how Leanna Fox, owner of Off the Hook Laser and Spa, recalls those awkward teenage years.

“When I was 15, someone did a really bad job when they were waxing,” Leanna says. “I kept thinking that there must be a better way, and that there had to be people dedicated and passionate about this industry.”

Coming from a family of hairstylists, Leanna found a natural path in going to school for aesthetics. The timing was right too, as the field was rapidly growing in popularity at the time.
