    Not impressed.

    I have never felt so degrated by a business before, clearly the owner needs to touch up on some customer service skills. She told me that the spa was specifically for regular spa-goers and others aren't welcome... I'm sorry what?! I'm on a budget here! Thought it would be a nice treat to myself to go to a fancy 'high end' spa. I will NEVER be back.
