Yuri provided an excellent extermination service and was genteel throughout. He provided no-charge traps and guaranteed his work for 6 months.

That Guy answered on number 604-771-2505 so rude and not willing to come to my place unless I find the hole for bees... like bees come and out through my under the deck in my patio and that person told me that is too much job and even they dont find any nest or holes he said going to charge fees like I saw free inspection on theirweb. His tone was always upset whenever he speaks on the phone and suddenly he just hanged up I would not recommend this company iaw my experience.

Terrible. Posted rates are a lie. The posted rates are a base rate. No matter what you are doing they will add a charge on top. Guy was very rude and wouldn't give a good explanation as to why he was adding an extra charge and while I was trying to understand why he hung up on me. After that he just dodged my calls. Would never recommend. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
