Very rude. Said they were very busy when i asked if they had any tracking on their trucks, for the safety of my shipment. Would never use this company.

Very sorry to hear you had this experience. Customers are our first priority and the only time staff should ever not answer a question immediately is if they are busy with other customers, In which case they are to take customer's name and number and follow up with information as soon as possible. My apologies.
