1) If the staff here tell you anything about their units, get it in writing as there is a good chance they are misleading you. Their boilerplate rental agreement doesn't make any promises about ventilation or heat, despite what their website and office staff say.
2) If there is a heater/blower in your unit, don't assume they will actually turn it on to protect your stuff. Misleading!
3) If you do have a problem, don't expect them to do anything to fix it. Buyer beware!
