Royal City Motel

A rude guy answered my call by saying hello! I thought I got a wrong number and asked if this was a motel, he answered yes and said I am fully booked!! I said I need accommodation for next month, he said I am fully booked for the year! call me next year. Very unprofessional and rude.

I phoned Royal City Motel to make a reservation for our family. The person who answered the phone didn't indicate that it was Royal City. He simply said "hello" When I asked about booking a room, he told me to call back next year. I repeated, "call back next year?" There was silence and then he hung up.
