I'm happy to hear that your experience was better than mine. In answer to your question the stains on the ceiling were hand marks from grabbing the handle when getting in the truck, and general grime that builds up over time. Part of the reason that this experience was so disappointing is that this was a Christmas gift that I purchased for my husband. At the time of the purchase I asked the cost of cleaning a truck of our make, model and size, both inside and out. I explained that my husband does a lot of driving and practically lives in his truck and that it was very dirty, I wanted the price taxes included, because it was a gift. I was given a price and I happily paid it. A few months later when my husband had taken his truck in, it wasn't until he went to pick up the truck that they advised him of the extra cost. My issue was that there was no heads up that there was going to be extra charges (a phone call to advise of this would have gone a long way) and there was no apologies or discussions on why the extra charges. To add insult to injury it wasn't that great of a job. I don't know why we have had such different experiences with the same company, maybe we just caught them on a bad day. Honestly, I am not one to complain very often and I have never written a bad review about anything before or since, but I felt we were not treated well in this situation at all, and writing my review was the only way I could come away with any feeling of satisfaction.
