We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington. We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves. The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job ! Thanks Hearth and Home .

Do not use this company ! Terrible customer service. They damaged my property and when I approached the owner Norm Fournier he refused to take ownership for doing so. Buyer beware !

Good service but pricey

I have delt with this company several times over the years. They have always provided prompt courteous service and for the most part the job was always well done. I can remember only one time which I had to call them back for a second visit. However in my opinion, this may not be the cheapest place to get work done if you are trying to save money. Especially for parts, you will pay far in excess of what the price can be purchased for yourself. I don't mind paying a little more. Thats part of the service of them having the part in the truck when I need it. But recently I was charged $49.00 for a part that you can buy at the big orange Hardware store for $8.99.
