Tom was easy going and professional with wood selection, pricing, ordering and setting up delivery. All was smooth and efficient. However, I would warn against his recommendation for installation, specifically Brandon at Urban Hardwood Flooring. Although Tom may think he is the best in the business, I would strongly disagree and warn anyone having to deal with such an unprofessional and unreasonable company. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the experience of buying wood from a local source.
