15-20 means two hours.

I called these guys thinking it would at least be reasonably fast. I'm not silly enough to think it would be 15-20mins every time. I was told when i called it would be 20mins and I said that was fine. The driver then called me and said it be be closer to 30-40mins. Again I said that was fine thinking this was a reasonable amount of time. Here I sit two hours later wishing I'd called someone else. If you have all day to sit and wait then call these guys. If you'd like some reasonably fast service then don't.
