I wish to tell you of my experience. We have been with masonville animal clinic for over 24 years. We rescue . There have been some issues with our Mia which we lost. And as a result we moved her to another clinic which was a mistake. Today with Dr Kenzie who our family has dealt with as have 2 daughters that also recuse cats. My experience today just overwhelms me to the compasion and knowledge of Dr Kenzie. I do feel sad as perhaps we could have had our Mia. Doesnt get better then your clinic.
Upon arriving, the receptionist did not acknowledge that I was there and when I got her attention she was spiteful. I had an appointment and it took 57 minutes before I even got in to see the veterinarian. It took another HOUR to get out! I was not impressed with the employees because no one acted kindly. I even saw two employees babbling away to each other while ignoring another patient with her dog. We will not be returning.
I've been going to Masonville Animal Hospital for my cats for around 5 years now. I've never had a problem with any of my visits, and the staff has always been polite and helpful. On a busy day, you could be waiting an hour for your appointment, which would be probably the only negative thing I have experienced here. I am sorry to see that other people have had issues with them, as I've had nothing but good experiences here.
As a 1st time bunny mom, I really wanted to make sure I made the best choices. Not knowing what to expect, I made an appointment with Dr. Kenzie. She is very vested in helping and unlike other vets I have seen, actually gets on the floor with the bunny to make sure they feel safe and comfy - she has a genuine care when working with the animals. She checked up on my bunny and even allows me to ask advice on her own time. She goes above and beyond any vet I have had bunny doctor or otherwise.
I would give Dr. Kirby 5 stars, but we never see him any more... The rest of the people in that office are ignorant and nasty, I'm thinking of changing
I am sorry that you feel that way. Dr Kirby is still here over 40 hours a week and would be happy to see you if you were to request him.
We have tried to expand our hours to be available to see more pets every week and try to get you seen the same day. Unfortunately, Dr Kirby is not physically available to cover all of these hours himself.
