Please think twice before using them, Jeff Petruzella did my appraisal, a four bedroom 3200 sqft brick detched house with basement renovated at 950k in north London near Masonville Mall. I asked numerous real estate agents and they appraised it at around 1.15-1.25. There is a same house on the street beside mine that was sold for 1.349m last week, it is 300ft smaller and not renovated at all! Dealt with Jeff —heard from my bank that appraisal value came back from Jeff at $700,000, I’m not only insulted but I’m not sure how he came up with this appraisal value for remortgaging purposes, I have had numerous previous appraisals prior to this one done on the same home & one Was back in 2010 for $660,000 & recently was $899,000 done thru the cibc bank while I was shopping rates just to give you an idea, so inaccurate and waste of time & money, also he was cold and impersonal.
