    I ordered a new Frigidaire store on Feb 12th from Corbeil. It worked for a bit less than a month and 1/2 the cooktop started to give error E164 error and only the right burners were working sometimes. I called Electrolux and ask for a service call to see what was going on it turns out to be an issue with the right induction board on a new stove. So, I called Electrolux agents back to request a new stove and the warranty only covers parts. Not acceptable. Unhappy costumer for sure

    absolutely the worst customer experience we have ever had with a company - 3 months with a brand new wall over having the door taped closed to prevent it from falling off! No one will speak to us, won't return calls - paid $2000 for this in Mar 2022, and in 6 months have had multiple issues

    Well too bad I didn't read reviews for their appliances before we purchased ours. Dishwasher was replaced about 8 mths after purchase due to electrical issues. We have a new fridge that ices up. Customer service is a complete sham. You get passed from person to person. No returns or replacement for a product that is clearly defective. Have had 2 different service guys here 6 times. DO NOT BUY!!!! JUST A SHOUT OUT!! NEVER BUY FROM WARDELLS IN HAGERSVILLE!!

    Horrible customer service. Representative keep asking the same question and can barely speak english. I ordered a part which was missing hardware and they never even understood me to be able to help.

    If there were 0 as an option for Frigidaire /Electrolux business it would be more appropriate. The worst customer service imaginable.

    My Frigidaire stove was on fire Fire stared from the back panel circuit board. It melted and I smelled the burning plastic. I saw the flame through the back panel grill. We quickly unplugged the wire and able to put the fire down. Terrible product and poor customer service. I will never buy Frigidaire product in my life.

    Ive had a defective fridge since May. It is now September and all I have gotten is the run around from these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY.

    recently purchased a brand new front load washer. After installation was done the machine shakes violently away from the wall and then stops before cycle is finished. Called the service line; theyve disabled the answer service and it drops the call. They have also disabled the online chat service. Emails go unanswered and head office number only refers you back to the service line. There is no way to have the warranty serviced. Do not purchase from this company.

    Terrible experience with my wall oven. Stopped working after seven months. Replaced the heating element and it still didn’t work. I haven’t had my oven for one month now. Waiting for further repairs and every repair requires authorization from Electrolux which takes over a week. They refuse to give me a new unit even though major parts have malfunctioned after only a few months.
