I have been dealing with Softron Tax for at least 20 years now. I was hesitant at first but here I am 20 years later and I keep going back. For about the last 14 years, I've been dealing with the Softron Head Office location in Mississauga. I would recommend Pam or Amita. They are both very knowledgable and friendly.

I was apprehensive at first. But, the staff at Softron made me feel comfortable and allowed me to feel free to ask as many questions as I needed I needed in order to understand what I was entitled to and how tax credits worked. Tax Return - Assessment

I filed my own taxes and two months later I received a letter from CRA asking me to pay some money back to them. I was so worried had no clue what to do? One of my friend referred me to Softron. I went there and they fixed it within no time and I had no liability towards CRA. The staff at Softron is great, very pleasant people to deal with.
