Golden Time Jewellers Devonshire Mall

I had bought a watch band online thinking I could change it myself but of course nothing is easy. I brought it into Gold N Time and asked the man if he could possibly fix it for me. He did not hesitate to do this in a matter of minutes. Of course I figured he would charge me but when I asked, he said with a smile please if you can just write a review. I also want to note they had a great selection of watches so when I need my next watch I will definately be going there to purchase one.

Vic at Golden Time Jewellers in the mall went above and beyond to resize my difficult ring and got it just right. The service was exceptional and the price for both resizing and watch repair was very reasonable.

Had to replace a battery in what I lead to believe, by other Jewellers in Windsor, to be an authentic Huer watch. I was given this watch many years ago, & was always charged an arm and a leg for a quick, simple battery change. The young lady at Golden Time informed it was a replica & wouldnt cost as much. I appreciate her honesty and forethrightness! Not to forget, how fast and inexpensive it was! Two thumbs up to Alyssa!

I love Golden Time Jewellers!! From the moment you walk in, you are immediately greeted by one of the many knowledgeable members of the GoldenTime team. Their selection of watches is unrivalled and continuously growing. The store itself is very modern and the displays are brilliant. The owner, Vick, who is often on the floor himself to greet you, is very professional. He does a great job of making you feel welcomed and ALWAYS has a solution to any and all of your jewelry needs. Love this place!

I went in for a watch repair and the service was impeccable. The professionalism was on point. They were very detailed with everything they did and explained it very thorough. been going here for the past year and wouldn't go anywhere else. helpful and courteous staff and owner that always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. took in my old bulova watch for a new battery and got it back in what can only be described as better condition than when I gave it to them. whoever worked on it decided to take the effort to clean and my old and worn out case and band.

Took them a month to resize my ring and when I FINALLY got it back, one of the sapphires was missing. They refused to admit that they damaged my ring so now I have to pay the ring fixed somewhere else, since I no longer trust this shady business. The employees and manager are incredibly rude; when they were taking weeks to resize my ring, I called to ask when it would be done and the manager said, "if it were done, we would have called. Don't call here again". Horrible company.
