Extermination Lasalle Inc

They were helpful on the phone, gave all the information & a quote. They called 1 day before to say that the extermination work would be done the next day, could not give me a time. Instructions: remove cars from, no clothing outside. Next day early morning I noticed a guy doing the job on the outside we had not moved the cars. He said he rang the door bell and there was no response. Seemed like he was in a hurry to get the job done. I was not happy and called the office.

When I first called, I was so pleased with how knowledgeable and patient they were, answering all my questions, and they promised me fast service for spider extermination. They postponed 3 times, and each time they didnt even bother to call! I had to call and see why they didnt come as planned. In the end, they told me they were too busy and to find someone else????
