The service was great!.. I called to get my whirlpool refrigerator repaired on Wednesday and they came the next day in the morning. A part needed to be replaced and the technician ordered it on the spot. This morning (Friday) he came and its up and running :) Thanks again Flash Montreal!

Ils m’ont dit au téléphone que la réparation me coute entre 165 et 200$. J’ai dit, Ok. Le technicien en place m‘a dit que les pièces vont me couter entre 500 et 600 $ sans la main d’œuvre !! J’ai répondu, je préfère acheter une neuve. Alors, il m’a demandé de payer les 109 $ du déplacement et du diagnostic ! Mais vous n’avez rien fait ? Dit c’est comme ça ! Il n’a même pas proposé qu’on partage les frais ! Ont pris 109 $ sans me régler mon problème! Voyez-vous la fraude et l’arnaque?

Very honest, professional guys! Their first repairman came to evaluate, said they can fix it and charged for evaluation. The second repairman came and said the machine was broken beyond repair, and charged for his visit. I paid, but then I found it unfair that I paid twice, so I called them, and they were very nice and understanding of the situation and reimbursed the second visit right away.

The door of my dishwasher broke and even though they had to order a new door and come back (That was done well and in a timely manner) they took the time fix the existing door enough during the diagnostic appointment that I could actually use my dishwasher while I waited for the piece. They also performed maintenance on my appliances and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Very professional!!

Flash repair is a company that is honest, fair prices and efficient.

They came to fix our washing machine and went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they fix the immediate problem but they double checked the entire machine for anything out of the ordinary to make sure I wouldn't have to call somebody else later and spend more money. All for a very reasonable fee. Really nice, friendly guys

Thanks Flash Repair! I was really happy with the service. After moving into my new apartment, my Samsung stackable washer and dryer unit was leaking. The technician was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the part with him so he was able to fix everything right away. I would definitely recommend Flash Repair. Liz

Unbelievably bad ...

Unbelievably bad service. Flash "fixed" my machine a few months ago but began to give me the same problems again. I called Thursday February 25th at 9am to have them re-repair it...long story short, they still haven't repaired it after 2 visits (never with the right part). I think they don't want to honor their warranty. 12 days and counting to repair a 2 year old Whirlpool machine...really?

Promised to send a repairman this afternoon. When I called at 4 p.m. the dispatcher said they were running late and it would be tomorrow instead. No sorry, too bad, nothing. Never again.

Great company, th...

Great company, they really know what they are doing. The technician Hassan passed by to repair my fridge, he defrosted it and replaced a thermostat and explained to me how to do preventive maintenance to keep the refrigerator from breaking down again. Highly recommended and will call them again if anything goes wrong.
