The worst! I had an appointment and after half an hour I just left. They took 2 people just walking in w/o an appt 1st, then it took 2 to hand a bag to a customer. There were 8 people standing around doing absolutely nothing. When I asked how much longer they looked confused saying everyone was busy. I was there to adjust my glasses and get another pair along with new sunglasses if they had the time!! In total, I wasted an hour, travel time. Don't waste yours.
Bad service. The optometrists are good and the person who actually makes the lenses is good but the front end staff is not very nice and not very smart. I went to pick up glasses, they screwed up and I already paid for and was left waiting. After 15 minutes I asked someone how much longer and they told me 45 minutes! Her excuse, they were busy and short staffed. Not an excuse as far as I am concerned. The receptionists should be trained to tell a client this when they come in. not going back
I dunno who Daisy is, but she is the only one trained to fit contacts, and she hasnt been availible the three separate times I stopped in this month. Now im upset :( The actual optometrist was awesome tho. Train anouther person to fit contacts. Or chain daisy to a desk and dont let her leave
The optometrists used to be at CityView Optometry which was a good business with good service. It has totally declined since moving to FYI Doctors a year ago. Service super slow, weeks to get glasses, poor choice of glasses frames, and unknowedgeable staff who make a lot of mistakes. It took me 3 months to straighten out issues with my new glasses order. Staff rude when I complained. Supervisor said she "was taking down everything I said" like she was the police. Do not use this optometrist outlet. Go elsewhere.
