Been using PFF for many years at multiple restaurants. They have been super accommodating if I have some last minute issues, and been great if product was not up to standards. My sales rep Dan does a great job and is always able to help out and has been able to remedy any issues I have.

I ordered AAA beef inside round from them several times, quality was not AAA, too much fat. Last time I ordered from them again since we run out of beef, they sent us a case with 3 pieces, one of them smell like it was rotten. I will never order from them anymore.
