Arrived 7 minutes early for my trip to the airport. Great. Fast friendly. Helped with the luggage pronto. Can’t ask for more than that.

The man on the phone was very disrespectful, and shouted at me on the phone for no reason.

Worst Experience

Deserve a lower rating for their taxi service, specifically because of their one dispatcher. Worst experience ever. Called them one night in to get home from work and the dispatcher was HORRIBLE. He refused to give a time for when to expect a cab and hung up on me. After a 20 min wait called a second time, same dispatcher and he lost it. He started yelling that I now wouldn't get a cab, swearing, and spewing other disgusting comments before he hung up. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Great Service, never had a problem

I'll never phone these company again. Everything I've called them they always did the same thing. No show. I've tried many times to give this company a chance and always the same thing. I'll stick with the other cab company. They have better servicexperience than regina cab.
