I had good and relatively quick service when I dropped off my snowboard on Wednesday for a minor tune. I was told that it would be ready either that night or Thursday and that I would receive a phone call when it was finished. Now it's Saturday, still no phone call, and when I tried to call the store twice, I was transfered and kept on hold 10 minutes each time because no one picked up. And the second time I told customer service that I had just called and wasn't answered. They said they'd go and make sure the department answered that time, but after 10 minutes again I wasn't answered or even told what was going on by the customer service attendant who answered originally.
