    Wow!!! This store...

    Wow!!! This store was renovated just before Christmas 2013 and it looks amazing. They have everything from Ipad and Apple computers the the newest printers. The Copy center was totally gutted and redone with new equipment. Give this place a try you wont regret.

    Horrible. Don't waste your time!

    As soon as i walked in, i noticed that the store is horrible. There is no one to help you, items are very hard to find, and the store looks like garbage. There is boxes everywhere, and there is no professionalism. The Manager that helped me was Manny. He is the absolute worst employee i have seen. He gave me so much disrespect, and he was acting like i wasn't even a human being. This store is going downhill and fast. I was just wanting a label maker and i got horrible customer service by Manny. I will never return to this Staples. I went to the Quance St Staples and they were very helpful with very professional customer service. If you like closer to the Albert street staples, it is honestly worth it to drive around town, or just go to a different store like best buy. I can not believe i was treated this badly. If i was the owner of Staples i would shut down that store immediately.
