    Great quality hom...

    Great quality home builder. Toured many of their showhomes and always impressed my the level of detail that goes into their homes.

    Too busy for consideration of neighbours.

    This company was contracted to demolish a house and rebuild adjacent to my house. They gave me no advance warning of the demolition (May 17), during which they removed most of my concrete sidewalk and smashed what remained of it into my back steps and wooden backyard walkway. For a month I had no access to my garden tap. They agreed to do repairs when they had back-filled around the new basement, which was done in June. In August I still have a sea of mud next to my house from the rain which pours off the roof of the neighbouring house because it has no eaves troughs. They now tell me that they are too busy to repair the damage they caused at this time because they are too busy.
