I was getting a simple stitch done on a skirt, was told it would be ready for Thursday, I popped in on Friday at 11AM and my item was not done. I was brushed away and told to come back in 5 minutes, when I did it was still not ready, not one person acknowledged me or apologized and I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting. I find it very disappointing that they take down your phone number, no one calls you to tell if they need an extra day or two to finish it, and no one apologizes. TERRIBLE
