There aren't many fully vegan places to eat here in Edmonton. I was beyond stoked to find another. And this place is seriously cool. Interior decor was so neat. And the food was literally to die for. Vegan chicken and waffles on the brunch menu was so so good. Every single person working there was so happy to be there. you could feel the pride they felt just from working there. This is a bar I would happily spend my evenings and days at with no regret. I really wish the best for this place. Nothing else like it in this city. Lire plus

Cibo Bistro is a very welcome addition to Edmonton! I went to it last night with my fiancé and everything about it was amazing!!! It's a small but very sleek and clean place. The service was quick and friendly. But let's get to the most important part… the food! Absolutely delicious. The restaurant focuses on fresh and local food and making everything in-house and you can tell… Sharing the charcuterie board is a must. The wild boar is amazing. I ordered the Tagliatelle Con Vongole (fresh clams and shallots in white wine) and my fiance ordered the Osso Bucco (braised veal shank preserved lemon gremolata fried bone marrow). So fresh. So tasty. Melts in your mouth. And leaves you wanting more despite being super stuffed! End off the dinner with the Chocolate Trio dessert and you're good to go! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back! Cibo is fantastic! Lire plus
