Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!

Raffi did a great job with my engagement ring before my wedding. It came out beautifully and he gave me a great deal on it. I was searching everywhere in the GTA for an Amber gem ring but couldn't find one. Finally, I tried Dubai Jewellers and was so happy because I found it! They not only had the ring I wanted, but they also resized it right there for me. They even polished my wife's bangles for free. My husband and i had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring that would match my wedding band. Farhad took time to educate us about what to look for especially when shopping for diamonds. He was very helpful and patient since we really had no clue about all these things.
