Purchase experience was very pleasant, no pressure and very friendly. Requested delivery date a month in advance. They called me the week before to confirm and again the day before. They arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They unpacked and set up my couch set and removed all packaging. My bedroom set, they put it together. Yes there was a problem, my bed side panels were the wrong color, not their fault, it was what was sent. They promised to come back the next mornin

There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.
