Very kind, sympathetic towards my emergency and welcomed me immediately, even staying a little passed closing hours to help me. Steve is not only a very good technician in terms of product but goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the end result. I would say a perfectionist which worked out very well for us. In addition he is very likeable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend - 10 out of 10.
