From the moment Sunterra Market opened this summer, it has been one of my most frequent destinations and here's why.
Versatility.
There is no other market that offers the range of services, setting and overall service in the city period.
The location is separated into 3 distinct floors:
The main is a market that features a deli counter, bakery, produce, butcher, salad bar and tons of other goods.
The second floor offers cooking classes and group functions that allow an in house chef to feature their skills.
The top level has one of Calgary's coolest patios and is located in proximity to their buffet style line and higher end restaurant.
There is also a full feature bar and a large dining section.
All in all the staff is great, management cares and there is no other place that matches their experience.

I do not usually go to Sobey's. But I must recommend this one, for their great and outstanding customer service. They helped me find some pre-made tarts and even made recommendations for which fruit to buy. If i'm ever in the area again, I will def. stop by!

I always get friendly service and help when I need it. The fresh food quality is high although it would be nice if the prices were lower.

I purchased an Easy Meals package. It was on quick sale but worth a try. It said it was mild Italian Sausage but when I opened it up it only had a sliver of sausage but a big chunk of pork loin. It was supposed to have sauce but there was none. It tasted okay but it wasn't what was listed on the label.

We have used this Safeway for many years and it has proven to be a great place to shop and definately has the best produce around. Airmiles are always a nice bonus.

Whenever I finish classes at the University I pop over to this Safeway because I find they have a better selection of fruit and veggies. The hours are great because they open super early and they close at 11 pm. I like using their self check out but the cashiers are always very nice.

This Safeway is actually the closet one to my parent's house. I end up picking up last min. items or specialty items here. The last time I was there I purchased some beautiful roses for my mom. The woman working at the flower area was so nice and wrapped it up for me. Great staff!
