PARLY IN THE STONY PLAIN 170ST was so pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable. I made a mistake going to the wrong branch on my appointment - I asked the Customer Service an appointment in STONY PLAIN but was not realized I was assigned an appointment to 50th. I live in West End, no way I would go to the farthest branch during the high snow, it was good thing PARLY accomodated me. Our transaction done dealt good. Awesome PARLY !!!

the staff in that bank are the greatest its like walking into your family'house they are friendly and talk to you about anything relating the bank and if you get confused they will help you until you have it down to pat

have been doing business with this branch of Scotia bank for over 25 years...While some branches are rather complacent and dont care a great deal Westmount are the opposite of that, they are ALWAYS CARING for thier customers first time out or long term customers, whether they have lots of money or maintain only a small balance.
