After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! Their service was beyond our expectation, very fair price, quick work, great knowledge and expert advice where we needed. Fast same day service, did not go to voice mail an actual person answered, and a good job was done to unplug my sewer line. He has a closed in rooter machine and brought his own tarps. His work is efficient, and thorough. He was pleasant, polite and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Transcona Rooter the next time my sewer line is blocked. Thanks so much.

Chris was very patient and understood the problems we were having with our toilet. The plumbers came a day early (with notification) and installed our new toilet within 15 minutes! The plumbers were very courteous and explained everything. I will go to them again for any plumbing problem.
