My husband had messed up his shoulder & lower back from repetitive work and a car accident.
He was given stretching and light weight training. My husband faithfully followed thru with both and over the months has worked out the problems.
Doctors didn’t help but Arun and the staff did. Follow thru with their recommendations and the body will heal!

I was so happy with the treatment I received from all the staff at Capilano Rehab Centre! I was getting treatment for a pretty significant back injury and I am so happy to be back to my regular activities again! Hopefully I don't get an injury again, but if I do I will know where to go!

After seeing Sports Specific Physiotherapists for an injury that happened 13 years ago, Prabu (sp?) asked the questions that led to the right therapy and after 13 years of pain in my SI joint, I am pain free and on the mend. I feel like crying for JOY! he is thorough and patient with me realizing I need to play ball and start training for a fitness competition soon.
